Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Graduate Degree is the minimum qualification required to apply for the Civil Services Examination. Final Year aspirants are also eligible to apply. Aspirant’s age must be between 21 to 30 years as on August 1 of the year of exam.
Procedure to Become IAS Officer:
To Apply for IAS Officer, First of all candidates must fill an application form for the Civil Services Exam. In the month of May/June, applicants have to give Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) consisting of two papers and the format of this exam is objective type. Papers are:
